About me

For years, I’ve helped leaders and organisations find their voice through the power of communication and coaching. But beneath the surface of high performance, I noticed a consistent thread: some of our most brilliant, creative, and visionary minds were struggling to navigate a world built for linear thinkers. Finding your voice” isn’t just about public speaking—it’s about understanding how your unique brain is wired. The incredible potential of the ADHD mind.

At SPEAKup, we’ve taken everything we know about high-level coaching and communication and funneled it into our ADHD Coach Training Course. We aren’t just coaching individuals; we are training the next generation of specialists to unlock executive function and creative brilliance in others. Whether I’m working with an executive to harness their neurodivergent “superpowers” or training a room of new coaches, my mission is to replace the “disorder” narrative with one of high-level strategy and radical self-awareness.

What are your biggest achievements to date?

Being a dad to a beautiful daughter and spending the first 6 months of her life being 100% with her at home, whilst work too a back seat.

Going from not being able to sell anything (and being incredibly nervous about the prospect), to selling over £2 million of products and services.

I’ve developed myself from someone who wasn’t sure about what he had to say, to delivering on stage 100’s of times, even on international stages!

Helping people who are nervous about speaking to get onto stages and tell stories that change people’s lives.

How would a friend describe you?

Passionate, funny (sometimes!), supportive and will always go the extra mile to help others.

What is Your Superpower?

Helping people to become great speakers, even if they have zero experience and are very nervous.

What Do You Love About Coaching?

What don’t I love! Helping people to reach their goals is phenomenal, I have worked with a wide range of people who had a wide range of needs. For me, there is nothing like helping someone and seeing their eyes light up when they realise that they have improved.

How Has Coaching Impacted Your Life?

I used to be very nervous and suffered from a lot of depression. Coaching helped me to help myself, build resilience and have more love in my life.

What’s next for you?

Whatever stage you’re at, we’re here to help you move forward.
